Meadowgreen Community

The community of Meadowgreen is located in Saskatoon. The area was formally named Meadowgreen in the mid 1970's when the area south of 18th Street was developed. Prior to the 1970s the area was part of Pleasant Hill. The formal boundaries are 22nd Street to the north, Circle Drive to the west, Avenue W to the east and the railroad tracks to the south. There are approximately 4000 residents in Meadowgreen. Meadowgreen Community Association is a registered non-profit organization.

Cross-country Ski Trail opens

The Meadowgreen Cross-Country Ski Trail opened in the park (field)south of Applyby Drive February 1st due to the abundance of snow we received in the last week. Once you have finished skiing the Meadowgreen loop you can cross Ave W and continue the skiing expedition in Fred Mendel Park. Happy skiing!
