Great weather and great deals awaited garage sales on May 8th as they checked out the deals at the Meadowgreen garage sale. One inventive homeowner doned a costume and encouraged buyers to stop and check out his deals.

The community of Meadowgreen is located in Saskatoon. The area was formally named Meadowgreen in the mid 1970's when the area south of 18th Street was developed. Prior to the 1970s the area was part of Pleasant Hill. The formal boundaries are 22nd Street to the north, Circle Drive to the west, Avenue W to the east and the railroad tracks to the south. There are approximately 4000 residents in Meadowgreen. Meadowgreen Community Association is a registered non-profit organization.
